Meet Richard

Richard Guma is finalising his CPA course, holds an MBA (MUK), BBA (MUK), UDBS (NCBS) and is the Finance and Administration Manager with over 20 years of experience providing Administrative and Financial Management expertise to Large-Scale, Complex, Local and International Development Assistance Programs.  He possesses extensive experience in overseeing the Financial, Grants & Operations Management, including Accounting, Capacity Building, Contracts and Program Administration, Procurement, Planning and Implementation, Fleet Management, Logistics management, Human Resource Management and Reporting.

He has significant experience in the oversight and long-term capacity building of local organizations, strengthening their administrative, financial and accounting systems and this include internal audit control mechanism and risk management.  

He possesses Excellent Leadership and teamwork skills acquired through extensive international work experience including social responsibilities with a background of developing strong Public Private Partnerships at senior levels.
