Cindy holds a Master of Science in Public Health from International Health Sciences University, Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management of Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and Bachelor of Arts in Social sciences of Makerere University.  She is a Fellow of the Global NGO Whisperer, Manchester, United Kingdom. She is also a Fellow of Academy for Women Entrepreneurs for UN Mission Uganda. She brings on board 14+ experience gained from working with national and international NGOs. She is skilled in; stakeholders and donor management, civil society and consortium management, grant marking, budget and work plan development and management. Report writing, procurement management, remote work with high proficiency in google suite, people skills and resource mobilization.

She thrives in character development of staffs, looks at life holistically and bears governance experience for organisational strategic development. Among others, she has managed programmes in the areas of; Family Planning, Malaria control, Fertility/Infertility coach, Maternal and Neonatal health, Social Enterprises, Inclusive education and economic empowerment, Gender mainstreaming, Nutrition, Health and Education system strengthening, Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Climate action, Technical Vocational and Education skilling.
