Jimmy is a seasoned development worker spanning for a period of 18 years. He is motivated to contribute towards the growth of ACODEV-U through leadership, resource mobilisation, strategic planning and team building and humanitarian development. He has managed programs together with Hivos, Oxfam, European Union, Finnish Refugee Council and Schenk eine Ziege e.V, Germany that have made impact on the community in Uganda and beyond. Jimmy is a member of the International Ford Foundation Alumni, member of the Diocese of Kasese Education Committee, and  board member of Karambi Action for Life Improvement .  

Jimmy holds a master degree of Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies , Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands
