In (2022) ACODEV implemented several projects among which are community-based family planning projects in Mitooma, Rubirizi, and Adjumani districts where we continue to strengthen community-based family planning services.
With an aim to decrease unintended pregnancies, maternal/infant death, unsafe abortion, adolescent fertility, and total fertility to improve the well-being of individuals, families, and communities, 381645 men and women were reached with more than 50,000 adolescent girls in the beginning to use modern contraception.
About the various categories reached through other projects, Acodev is implementing in Ntoroko, Bundibugyo, and Fortportal such as the Sexual reproductive health umbrella program and Uganda family planning activity.
